Born in Alcudia, Valencia on February 6, 1950
President of the Organizing Committee of the International U20 Football Tournament (COTIF)
In complicated times in the sixties, he finished primary school and with 12 years of age, he began to work in a family graphic arts printing house.
Then he combines work with the hobby of his life: football. He played in the teams of: Alzira, Carlet, Alcudia, Alberic, Llombai and finally again in Alcudia in whose club he went from player to coach and manager.
He obtains the title of second level coach that empowers him to train up to the 3rd Division.
In his role as coach, his time at Juvenil de Alcudia stands out as he was proclaimed champion of the First Category League for two consecutive years. As a consequence of the triumphs achieved, the team was awarded a trip to France to play an international tournament in the town of Bollene.
After that wonderful experience, the idea was born to organize a similar tournament in Alcudia, the COTIF, in 1983.
And at a time when he is playing the position of Sports Councilor for the City of Alcudia, that fantastic Youth Football Party that is the COTIF begins
During the time of councilor, he was elected General Coordinator of the COTIF, which over time has been in charge of classifying it as one of the best in the world in its category.
After two years in the presidency of the COTIF of Emilio Martínez Ferri and seventeen of Rafael Guerrero Conejero, always with Eliseu Tormo as General Coordinator, he was elected president in assembly by acclamation of all the members, a position he has held for eighteen years.
And as he has always said, he wants to be remembered as Eliseu:
"L'home del COTIF". That is his illusion fulfilled, the passion for football and for the COTIF of Alcudia.
He has also been a sports councilor for three legislatures at the service of his people, working altruistically at the service of the community and to some ideals.
